Nigel & Carole were fantastic hosts, they made me feel very welcome and made me a up of tea on arrival after journey. My room was very clean and spacious, the location was great had a lovely walk on the beach just down the road from the hotel and the breakfast was amazing. Brilliant would recomend this place to anyone

The accommodation is spotlessly clean, well-located near attractions, and the staff are really helpful.

Friendly and helpful hosts and a good bar. The breakfast is awesome. Rooms are clean and well appointed and you can walk to the beach in less than a minute. Great access to Bempton and Flamborough for birdwatching and lots of local history...Burton Agnes, Rudston Monument. All in all an excellent place to stay. Needs more time really to do it justice. We'll be back.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with unlimited tea and coffee, and small toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay comfortable.- The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a 10-minute stroll to the main shopping center.

The hotel looked a bit dated and tired, but the owners mentioned that they had plans to renovate during the winter for the next year. Despite the dated appearance, the rooms and the hotel were spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard on a daily basis.

The breakfast was great with a diverse selection, and our room had a nice view of the courtyard, as well as amenities like an ironing set, TV and radio - we had a really enjoyable time here!

Big spacious room, very clean with fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Great location, very close to beach, town centre, harbour and Spa. If you are looking for somewhere in Bridlington this is definately the place to stay. Highly recommended and would definately stay here again.

It was our first experience with b&b/guesthouse. We were greeted at the door by nigel and carol who explained everything while showing us our room. Had a look at the reviews before we went so we expected a good holiday for 8 days, and that is exactly what we received. Nigel and carol (and amy) looked after us very well indeed, breakfast was outstanding being a full english, with all the trimmings E.G. cereal, grapefruit, fresh orange juice and toast, and if this was too much for you carol would offer you an alternative. Tea and coffee in rooms, and towels were changed everyday, rooms were warm with plenty of storage and a tv. Definately recommend.

The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated and the facilities included an ironing set, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV set. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed very amiable staff, unbeatable location.

Mi sono trovato benissimo nell'hotel. La sua posizione di fronte al mare è stata fantastica. Poter fare una passeggiata sul lungomare e godere della bellissima vista è stato molto rilassante. Inoltre, essere vicino all'aeroporto è stato comodo per i miei spostamenti. La mia camera era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario, compreso l'aria condizionata e la TV. Il personale era gentile ed efficiente, sempre pronto ad aiutare. La colazione, nonostante alcuni commenti negativi, era adeguata e mi è piaciuto poter gustare un buon caffè.
